Good Philly cheese steak sandwich. I had the 6" with extra steak and a side onion rings (~$9 for the combo meal). Steak had good flavor and texture. The onion rings were tasty and fresh, but not a huge portion. The place is pretty small inside, about 10 tables. They have fountain beverages (Coke). You order at the counter and they bring your food out. Service was speedy. We waited about 5 minutes for our lunch.

Wonderful Food, Quick Service and a Friendly Staff. One of my favorite sub shops of all time. Great buns and a nice helping of meats and toppings.Love the cheesesteaks and the club and their onion rings are awesome!

Outstanding subs.

Found this place going out to marmon valley. I'm not from the area but I make it a point to stop here when I am around. Try the classic with "the works". Their special oil and vinegar dressing makes the sub great. I'm a Penn station fan but given the choice I'd go here!

I've been going to Our Hero since they first opened. This was my first visit to the one in Urbana. I love this place. Also, for the people who think that the prices are too high , just ask yourself... Are you willing to pay just alittle bit more for the best subs and chili ever?

Oh my, the best subs around, no one comes close to competing with them, a must try sub shop for sure, you will not be disappointed.

Every time I come to town this place is a must stop. The Cheesesteak and fries are a dynamic duo, you will not be disappointed.

The best food in town anything you want to eat you could probably eat here just about and it's always wonderful and good

I like the Buns but I didn't care for the quantity of ingredients

We are trying for last time. Enjoy subs, but cannot get orders right. Last time went back three times to get a BLT sub right with just BLT. We shall see.

Jim steak south st. In Philadelphia has nothing on an Our hero Cheese steak. Our hero has way more flavor than the unseasoned meat of Jim's. I will take my home town of Urbana oh cheese steak any day over Jim's in Philadelphia.

Amazing sandwiches and fried pickles. Their staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Definitely stop in here if you are driving through.

So awesome! The subs are so filling! Even my toddler loved it!

First time visit. Food was good, service was great and friendly. Was hoping to have an Italian Sub from my childhood, this was not it.Not a fan of baked sub buns. Will come back and try other items.

Nothing was good. Over priced. Ordered a Reuben. What little meat there was, was dry. Just ate mustard covered bread. Will never go back.

Quick and great service. You order and pay then they'll bring it right too you. Not far to walk but still a nice extra on top of thw service.

We've been coming here for years and they used to have the best food The last 2 times we came here the food has been horrible they need to bring the old staff back and start serving the better meat I threw my last Sub away it was so nasty the roast beef is horrible will never go back

Another one of Urbana's SUPERB treasures! Their tuna salad recipe has been a favorite of mine for years, and their burgers are something to write home about! For all seasons, this is a friendly and fast lunch spot that I highly recommend!

An outstanding steak and cheese. This makes three years in a row that I stopped here after the Savage rave, and it hit the spot every time. If it were closer to where I live, id be a regular!

Food was awesome...service slow. Place.was very dirty though.

Food was hot! Employees were pleasant. The fried pickles tasted phenomenal!

Excellent subs and my kids love their fries. Friendly, quick service. Small sitting area and bathrooms are tiny and need a good cleaning.

I've always been a fan of our hero the owner is awesome & the food is awesome & as the food being high priced no worries I'll pay it

Normally we love Our Hero and have eaten there many times before and could give rave reviews but tonight was terrible. The guy at the register seemed lost or overwhelmed, he didn't know what the status of any order was. Our order we called in 20 minutes before wasn't ready and when it did come I quickly checked that the main orders were there and left since I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. As we were driving away my wife checked and we didn't have our order of extra pickles or the cookies for the kids meals, and the large order of onion rings looked like half an order. I'll give it another chance later, but they had a rough night tonight...
